This was my first experience of the EMU (though my father volunteered at the front desk for a number of years). I extremely impressed with the very kind treatment that my mother received, from nurses & doctors, and the patience of both doctors who attended her, and answered my many questions, even to the extent of looking up specific physiological information to ensure accuracy. I am very hopeful that the treatments given will clear up some situations.
