My only disappointment was the lack of information as to where/"what number" I was in the queue. It became obvious that people being called for an x-ray where being processed differently and had "numbers" but beyond that, there was no obvious process. In my opinion, it would be useful to give people waiting some idea of their position in the queue to manage their expectations
