I was directed to minor injuries by a doctor from 111 who informed me I had a doctors appt. So arrived for the time of the appt or so I thought. I arrived and said I had an appointment for my son and was told to take a seat. After half and hour I asked how long would the doctor be to then be informed I had no appointment and I was in fact waiting for minor injuries?? To which a nurse then appeared and Informed me they wouldn’t be able to do anything for my son and pretty much had wasted my time!
