- Most of the nurses have been fantastic and very kind and had a great impact on me getting better.
- my personal hygiene has been looked after well
- my wounds have been looked after well
Suggested improvements
- the food options are not great and I feel there are a lot of carbohydrate options and not much protein.
- I had a member of staff observe me wash once from the occupational health team and she was very rude and abrupt towards me and kept asking me why I couldn’t do things and kept asking how I manage at home and I was left very upset by this experience. However I did tell a nurse when I was upset and she supported me after this.
- I found the night staff at times were not very supportive with my personal care.
