I cannot fault the care that I received during my visits. The staff were all particularly helpful, friendly and caring, nothing was too much trouble. The staff who dealt with me were Tendai Mugariri and Ditas Magora. My experience although I was unwell was as good as I could get anywhere. The positive things in particular for me were that I was expected and greeted when I walked through the door, the cleanliness was superb, I did not have any lengthy wait, the location was extremely convenient as I only live a few miles away and really importantly I was not clogging up the waiting area of the JR11 for 4 hours before being triaged and possibly admitted for a few days.
