Even though the staff were under pressure, I was still treated with respect. They could do with some more staff to take the pressure off them and to reduce the waiting time.

The doctor was extremely rude to me when I was on helping a friend who was being seen, the way she spoke to my friend when she had to answer a text about her new born baby while the doctor was typing on the computer.
