Staff were fantastic, helped my father as he had a fall. Not sure we would have managed without them.

Welcoming "what would like us to call you"? (Reassuring somehow).
All the staff were so kind, caring, hard working and efficient.
I have only one complaint (how dare)! The 3 or 4 friends of a male patient on "my" ward shouted and laughed effortlessly with no concern whatsoever for other patients who like myself were feeling too ill to find the noise bearable. Please a tactful ward from a member of staff. 20/11/17.
