Although the nursing staff were wonderful with my 95 year old mother the,doctor treating her was insensitive didnt seem to know anything about her entitlement to a proper review so that good decisions about future care could be made.
It seemed he just wanted her out of hospital but without due care and attention tog what was best for her.
