My wife went to their accident and emergency department and was made to wait for 9 hours and afterwards sent away with painkiller prescription and not antibiotics for infection. Until i had to go back to the receptionist who confirmed that the pharmacy was open, contrary to the doctors claim that the pharmacy was closed. We came back to Yorkshire with my wife still in severe pains and was reassessed at Pontefract hospital where she received proper checks and was given antibiotics. The only thing I could attribute to their actions was because we are foreigners. It was really shameful.
