The care received was first class. Lucy Moat was attentive, professional and extremely good at her job.
From arrival to leaving we couldn't fault the care. We were left to get on with the arrival of our daughter Sophia but help and support was always on hand and within minutes.
All staff were courteous, caring and helpful.
I cant fault the William Harvey for the service they provided me throughout the whole pregnancy.
I would always recommend anyone to go to the Harvey.
Thank you to everyone within the maternity ward.
We were grateful for the flexibility of my husband being able to stay with me but would be nice if a pillow could have been provided when we asked especially as there were a couple of empty beds.
