The Doctors and Nurses all work extremely hard and my feeling is always there is not enough of them to do their jobs as efficiently as they would like which must be very frustrating for them I do wonder if they are paid enough and if not this won't help recruit more but if the budget doesn't allow for this should you be looking at some of the higher paid people to see if they are all needed or would take a reduction as surely the ones that are needed most are the ones dealing directly with the patients
