Effective liaison with doctor and understanding their decision for patients care and follow-up. 7. Multi tasking without fuss to keep environment nice and tidy and functional. 8. Good patient and carer need attendance. 9. Clear follow-up instructions and positive assurance with being available if needed. 10. Well integrated coordination between the unit and hospital with its other reporting and communication system. A very busy day today with stressed staff but staff managed efficiency and effectively.
