Early 2012, I was admitted into A/E not knowing exactly what was wrong Maybe because it was early morning, I was seen to pretty quick by doctors and nurses, bloodtest taken, some better at it than others and sent to xray to confirm diagnosis which was correct and immediate treatment for pneumonia. Being a first time patient ever in a hospital, my 3 weeks stay was neccesary and boring but educational for me. From my observation, most of the doctors, nurses and matrons were very efficient, caring and profeesional though there were many instances where the frontline nurses were overworked with too many or difficult patients.I am very grateful for the care and understanding I received and most of all to the nurses who have to work the hardest. Thank you Whipps Cross.
