I was really impressed by the doctor I saw. He was polite and even apologised for the wait which was not as long as I've experienced in other clinics at Whipps Cross Hospital. He also had a sense of humour and didn't treat me like a idiot which some doctors do. But unfortunately, I can't remember his name.
