I am a wheelchair user and was accompanied by my mum who is not a wheelchair user. The way the chairs were laid out in the waiting room I feel could be improved as I could only sit with my mum when she was positioned at the end of a row. Unfortunately, this is where most patients choose to sit leaving lots of space in the centre of the rows. If a gap could be created in the centre of the row, it would be easier for all the patients especially people with reduced mobility, buggies or wheelchair users.
