I received two appointment letters together in the post. One for an appointment far in the future and the other cancelling it and asking me to phone for an appointment. If this helps with the appointments system, I’m fine with that, however I’ve been phoning constantly to the Urology Department Appointments Centre, and the phone is never answered. The staff must be extremely busy, but perhaps a volunteer could be taken on to perhaps answer the phone and help with appointments. WX have volunteers assisting in various areas, and perhaps this is an area which could be investigated.
