Everything explained clearly.
The staff asked several times IR I had any more questions. Thorough procedure certainly checked I was OK and explained what they were doing. No improvements given choice of further sedation if I needed it.

Everything.
I'm the worlds work patient, the staff dealt with not only the reason I was here. But also my anger management assure with ease. My first visit was a nightmare, the staff rotation were by far the much more professional and confident unit. Give them a raise.

From arriving to leaving (11-3) the staff were fantastic. Endoscopy. I would like to mention in particular Shirley Barraclough, Jackie Brett, Doctor Lee.

They were so kind and understanding and they actually made my day!
Which is I'm sure a strange thing to say given the circumstance of my visit. (Colonoscopy).
