From entering the hospital everyone was so kind and happy and very deluging. They all felt like my friends. And the up of tea was lovely.

This hospital (whartedale) is lovely. It is always calm. The staff/nurses are always friendly and pleasant. Can't think of any improvements (although) the car parts payment machine would be better if you could pay by card!).
