It all went fairly smoothly, even though I had a very short notice to get to the hospital

Suggested improvements
There may be a problem with the appointment system as I had an appointment on the Wednesday but got a text early Monday morning to come in that day. Luckily I was able to. One other problem, which may be good to feedback is that the consultant signed my prescription in the wrong place so the pharmacy could not issue the medication and I had to go back to my GP and ask them to issue it.
