I attended my first session with Anna Evans specialist nurse for heart failure.
I was given crucial information and advice and
the treatment plan was explained and mapped out.
I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions and raise concerns.
I now have information to read and phone numbers to call if I need help/ information and have clear instructions about anything I should look out for and when I need to get in touch.
During the session my prescription pills were adjusted and after a few days I felt and looked much better than previously.
I have a future date for another consultation and feel very confident about the treatment I am receiving.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Anna for her caring professionalism and her competent and informative approach to this devastating condition.
