The staff at WGH are consistently courteous, caring and efficient. They do not need to improve their care. Morecambe Bay Hospitals Trust needs to use the building more effectively by locating more facilities there so that patients from South Lakeland do not have to travel to Lancaster which puts a significant strain on the facilities at the Royal Lancaster Infirmary.
