I was impressed by the care and advice given

I had a blood test today, carried out by Jane. I waited for around 2 minutes in a clean and nicely decorated facility. I've had quite a few blood tests and I feel that this is the easiest one I have had so far. I know certain parameters can't be helped, but I am a nervous patient. Jane put me at ease straight away and helped to distract me, and the procedure was virtually painless and straightforward. She made a huge difference to my day. The facility was spotless and very organised and calm.

Very pleasant staff and spotlessly clean. Parking is a problem as there is no car park. I have a Blue Disabled Person's badge and there were some disabled parking bays outside all of which had cars parked in them without the required badge. Luckily I was able too park on a yellow line further down the road, but otherwise I was told parking was available in Sainsburys further down the road.

Mr Masood was very much understanding and helpfully so was everyone I am very pleased with every single one person in their quality

Bright welcoming reception area and receptionist was warm and welcoming and the eye consultant and his assistant were very nice and welcoming, I felt confident in the treatment received by the consultant and he told me what he would be recommending for my further treatment at Queens hospital and that my Dr would be e mailed as to the treatment I had received and the follow on prescription I would need .

Mr J S Chawla & Miss Jenny (The Nurse) both are down to Earth and really sweet. It was my first time at the surgery and I had the best and overwhelming experience... I would highly recommend Westland Medical Centre
