My father was admitted to the Acute Receiving Unit on Monday. Everyone was warm and friendly including Andrew and Holly the ambulance staff who brought him. The doctor who saw him was really excellent. My father was confused and at times irritable and the doctor apologised for the delays (very busy unit), listened carefully and described clearly what was happening. The porters eho took him to MRI were friendly. Ward staff caring and helpful. Given the difficult circumstances couldn't ask for better. Thank you.
