I was treated in acute receiving unit recently and feel compelled to write this review due to the excellent care and treatment I received. I observed all the staff, Drs, nurses, assistants and domestic staff going about their duties in a calm and professional way despite the pressured environment. I felt listened to and treated with dignity and respect. Mostly I felt safe and filled with gratitude for our wonderful NHS.
