I went to a e with an early misscarriage and treated like I was a liar and they just wanted to get me out. I was discussed like a price if meat for all to hear in the department as most where. I was given no advice on aftercare what to expect, no follow ups, no number to phone. The first bloods they took clotted so had to take them again the staff sister poped a vien and the sesond nurse said she was due to go home and just whacked it in. I went in taco cardiac no treatment was give apart from 2 blood pressures. The only thing I was told was after to be made to feel a lair and was wasting their time was to test again in two weeks. It was horrendous..
I was looked after really well during my stay
Treatment provided to me by West Suffolk Hospital, Bury St Edmunds recently was excellent.
From once in three year breast screening on 31 January, to further investigation, biopsy, consultation with the surgeon and surgical removal of the cancer by 10th March is clearly very prompt and well coordinated action by the hospital. The service was delivered in a competent, efficient and friendly manner and is much appreciated.
any visits to the west Suffolk hospital by myself & family has been efficient & we have been well looked after.
seen on time and everything done in same clinic so no running about all over the hospital many thanks.
I arrived 10 minutes early and was seen within 3 minutes- very impressed
I have generally been looked after when visiting the hospital.
how about this for an idea. Make someone an appointment, leaving enough time for that person to be seen effectively, say around 15 minutes instead of making someone an appointment and have them sit and wait for 50 minutes past the appointed time before they are seen. If I was to turn up 50 minutes late I can guarantee I would not be seen so why is it alright for the medical side to do this.
only in 24 hours, having surgery, but treated with utmost care.
Was kept waiting but guess was just last on the list
