When visiting this clinic we are always welcomed with a smile and the staff are always friendly, which helps with children.
I do appreciate how busy the nurses are, but having had an operation on my right elbow and only the use of my left hand. trying to get dressed was an impossibility. A nurse asked if she could help me and when I said yes she said she would be back in a minute. In fact she didn't come back at all.
Well done all.
I have attended this hospital many times over the last 15 years as an in, day and out patient and have always been more than happy with all aspects of my care, and treatment. While an in patient I found the food was very good.
Nurse etc where lovely, very helpful and cheerful. And very good and patient with the more difficult patients. I was in for 3 nights. And really missed them when i got home.
Following a number of visits I am very happy with the Hospital. It is very good
I have been treated very well, but do feel that some who do not let their wishes be known, can be left on the sidelines!
I cannot fault the care given to me during my short stay in hospital. The current discharge procedure is, however, atrocious. It was seven hours from notice of intention to discharge me until I received the prescription and release letter. The prescription was received in the Pharmacy at 11.00 am and the drugs reached me on the Ward at 4.00pm!
Outpatients waiting room looking a bit 'tired' but its clean and staff are efficient.
I think my appointment at the hospital went well. No long wait, and i was looked after well. Marks out of 10 - 9 (I never give 10, thats prefection).
