West Suffolk Hospital and its staff are outstanding. I have been a patient twice, my father has had a knee replacement and my son was born there - on all occasions every aspect of the care, cleanliness, support and communication has been of the very highest quality. The staff work incredibly hard in extremely challenging circumstances but never fail to treat patients with respect and empathy. West Suffolk Hospital and its team is a credit to the country and our NHS.
