The treatment that I received at West Midlands hospital was excellent from beginning to end. There was an initial mix up with appointment dates due to an admin error, although this did cause me some worry, I understand these things can happen. Mr Basem Muammar was so lovely, always making you feel at ease during quite a stressful time. Always willing to answer questions, and explain everything in detail. Before and after my operation all staff were so accommodating, making e feel at ease.
