My mother was treated in the Care of the Elderly clinic in West Mid by Dr Tsam. The staff in the clinic were extremely caring and kind towards my mother, who was very frail. Dr Tsam was the best doctor I have ever met - she listened carefully to problems, she reviewed medications, she assessed my mother's overall condition and changed meds, suggested actions, provided clear instructions on how to look after my mother. She wrote to our GP who was poor at looking after my mother and insisted on better home care, nursing and support in the months before my mother died. I cannot speak highly enough of the care in that clinic.
