Manners seem to be a big problem in this place. You are ignored or dismissed with rudeness by the staffs in general. If you ask a question is the end. It's like if you are bothering them. They seem to have forgotten that a patient is in need of care and perhaps is in a lot of pain or perhaps distressed after receiving a bad news in relation to their health. Dignity and respect something I find hard to receive even when I call up the General enquiries. I feel very anxious every time I come for an appointment, or when I have to make a call to this hospital. You never know if you are going to receive a good service or if you get someone that makes you feel stupid even if you are not and you don't deserve it.
