I was referred to Whitehaven CHOC Treatment Centre by the on-call doctor. He quickly agreed that I should be seen at the treatment centre and arranged for them to call me back with an appointment time. They called within 10 minutes of me speaking to the doctor and arranged a convenient time. My appoint time was on time and they already had the gist of my problems. They were very sympathetic and recommended treatment, a good location to have the prescription to be made up and advised on follow-up action with my own medical practice. I cannot fault the permormance of the staff that day and think this is a really good facility to deal with out of hours medical issues. Other family members have used the CHOC Treatment Centre before and have had similar experiences to my own. Thank you
