May I record my sincere appreciation and thanks for the truly excellent service provided by the Werndale Hospital, Bancyfelin, Carmarthen, - in relation to my attendance on 5th July 2023. In particular may I mention the most prompt and professional service provided by Mrs Zoe Woodruff (Patient Liaison Officer) and Dr Dafydd Bowen Consultant Gastroenterologist.

I had both cataracts removed by Sam Evans I can see perfectly he has given me my life back thankyou to him and all the lovely staff

I had a hip replacement about 2 months ago at Werndale. I would like to thank Mr Cnudde and his team for the professional way and care they delivered.
All the staff at Werndale were very friendly and all requests were answered very quickly.
Would recommend this hospital and the way it works for any operation they cater for.

I had my surgery 3months ago. Couldn't fault my stay there. The problem is I'm in more pain now than before I had it done. Bitterly disappointed.

The treatment and attention that I received from the nurses and staff could not have been better.
I did not have to ask for anything. They clearly care about their work and their patients.

I CAN SEE AGAIN, thanks to MR SAM EVANS AND HIS TEAM. had my cataracts done on the 7th oct 2020 next day i can see every thing so much clearer, when you only have one good eye working it means so much to you werndale is a great hospital and all the staff so loverly throuthout the operation i felt calm and relaxed thanks to the way all the staff treated me will gladly go there again

As soon as you enter the hospital you are treated by friendly staff'.My consultant DylanJones puts you at ease and explains the procedure. I would recomend this place to any one.

If going into hospital can be said to be a pleasure then this is it!!!!
Recent total hip replacement was vital as in such pain. EVERYONE from cleaners to consultants were kind, supportive & helpful. Hospital clean, food great but most of all staff had the time to give that extra care & reassurance .
If considering surgery I cannot recommend highly enough.
