My partner attended on the 21st for pain in her kidneys and saw the out of hours doctor who said it was a minor infection she was sent away with antibiotics and pain relief. 7 days later it had not improved and after having to go out of hours again she was given a letter to attend A+E where she was told she would be admiited. After a 5 hour wait and a pain killer she was sent home and told to attend the following day for a scan as it itis belived to be kidney stones. This was done promptly however then sent back to A+E where was told once results were in she would be seen. However now told there are 13 in front of her. My partner is in agony and care seems rubbish. Would have been better if she'd been bought in by ambo.
