Overall I experienced a good level of care whilst recovering from Surgery. The nurses from the Enhanced recovery team (Laura) were superb and I cannot fault the level of care that they provided.
The level Of care overnight was not as good, I believe due to staff shortages. It was hard to get assistance after 7pm and often it took longer than acceptable to get pain relief or help with any issues (e.g issues with catheter).
