We have recieved consistently excellent care from the community midwifery team. They have been genuinely caring and empathetic. The entire process from the booking appointment to sign off has been perfect.
Our only constructive feedback would be directed to the GP surgery. All of our appointments at Parkbury House were 20-40 minutes late starting. They should re-evaluate the appointment duration/structure as booking times are clearly not achievable.
