Variation in staff from knowing about you to some not ready notes and re asking questions.
May I offer apologies for this, due to recent staffing issues in both medical and nursing, we have had to bring in staff from outside Mary ward to assist us with patient care. I ask all staff to check with the patient themselves, to ensure their information is correct. The handover we have cannot possibly list every detail about the patient. I truly hope should you ever need to return to Mary ward that it will be our regular staff complement. Thank you for taking the time to complete the feedback, it is much appreciated. Ward Sister
Everyone has been very kind and helpful and I am not an easy person but they have all been excellent and understanding.

Cashe ward are fantastic! All the staff that looked after me were brilliant! Marcie and her team are 10/10.
The staff were extremely caring and compassionate. 10 pm drugs round was at 10 pm and drips were taken down speedily which meant you could settle for the night. Water was regularly given and not drinks were served often. Beds were made every day (another ward I was on the bed did not get made or changed for 6 days).
Friendly helpful staff made a stay in hospital almost an experience to look forward to I felt comfortable and relaxed.
