Don’t say there’s an appointment get there for x time and then be waiting 2 hours later to be told there’s still at least 10 others ahead of you

Quick service with lots of tests. Was there only 3 hours

Great service. Came on a strike day, was seen within 2 hours, diagnosed and sent home. Really happy.

My son has special needs. It would have been helpful to have been provided with SOME sort of an idea and update on how long he'd be waiting as he got extremely anxious and frustrated. It's appreciated there can't be queue jumping for people with learning disabilities but there need to be strategies

I expected to be there for way longer than I was they the drs and nursery were all very friendly and hands on they made sure I was comfortable and and pain free as possible and made sure that I had total privacy for the procedure I needed and provided after care information and medication. Many thanks.

I was seen promptly. I felt safe as staff were wearing face masks. Patients on arrival if they weren’t wearing masks were asked to do so. There was a plentiful supply of masks available for those who hadn’t got there own.

As a first time patient to Warwick from outside the area I thought Warwick provided a very good service
