Becky (McEteer)gave me great care and understanding.,explaining everything as she treated me.I could not have had better attention.Thank you to the two doctors who assisted also. Thank you also to the Help I had at Reception when I arrived and later in the X-ray

After doctor who was seeing me finished shift it took about 4 hours for the next doctor to see me to discharge me when apparently I could have been discharged soon after the first doctor finished her shift

From the ambulance persons to the hospital staff, treating me was all brilliant.
It was very busy and the staff remained efficient and polite.
It was a wait, but that is what I expected, and considering it was busy. All of the staff remained professional and reassuring.
Suggested improvements
I believe that things could be improved, but that is no reflection to the staff who all work hard and do they best under the circumstances of a very busy a&e.
But while you are waiting, you do feel that you are forgotten about, at times.
But that is because I was in a wheelchair with no mobility. I had no one to push me, and I really needed the toilet.

parking was a concern as I could barely walk and signage unclear , possibly non existent My driver pulled up as near to unit as possible and neither of us noticed double red lines. Red lines are misleading they did not stand out in bright light I'm sure we would have noticed the familier yellow lines
