Great staff including everyone. Cleaners and diner ladies were also great. Nurses very informative. Nurse Liz was especially great on the night shift always about and doing her job greatly. Overall great people to be around day and night.
Suggested improvements
I can’t remember who but one day I was calling with bell, someone came 8 minutes lates, when I asked if I could get help into bed, they just said back “well couldn’t you just get back into bed” quite sarcastically and it just made me feel bad. They may have been stressed about something, but the ways they said it sounded like I annoyed them which overall made me feel down. Just a one occasion though.
