The staff were marvellous. Very professional and friendly. The information provided prior to my hip replacement operation was extremely comprehensive. The service provided by the SWATT team was very impressive. Thank you!

The list of medications issued on discharge was confusing. I would like to suggest that this is simplified and made easier to use by listing meds to be taken on a daily basis. Also giving a description of what the medication is for, eg pain relief, laxative etc. Also the name of the medication on the printed list did not always tie in with the name of the medication on the packet where one was a brand name and the other was its generic name. Very confusing for the layman patient!
