Great staff and kind. Many repetitive questions but presumably so they know they have the right answers and don’t mess up.

Suggested improvements
I wasn’t kept informed about when/if i was to be seen. I appreciate timings may change but a “there a 3 people ahead of you” would have helped with the unknown anxiety.
