Throughout a 3 day period the ward was very busy but remained structured. The nursing staff, especially Abby, remained happy and smiling and dedicated to the task at hand. With my situation specifically Abby's task was not particularly pleasant but her whole approach was more than commendable, she managed to turn a difficult situation round to a positive one. Star!!
