My clinical care has been excellent!! All the staff, nurses, radiologists and doctors were respectful, listened and advised.

Suggested improvements
I would like to raise one issue about communications. I registered with My Care and I receive appointments and Results letters via My care. BUT I invariably receive duplicate letters by post. So what is the point of My Care, if not, for speed and to save some money? My last appointment was a (bad) example : I received the appointment via My care 19/07; then the same appointment reminder via My Care on 26/07. I then also received two separate letters, telling me of this appointment. And finally, I received two more 'reminder' texts on 27/07 and 31/07. I do appreciate reminders are useful, but surely this system is not functioning well or efficiently!
