I feel the care has been outstanding overall. I have been treated with dignity and respect throughout - thank you to everyone in Hatton ward and theatres.

Agency staff on a night shift offered me another patients medication. The same night the 3 folders in our bay were given to different patients and I know staffing is short but this could have been different.
