The receptionists, especially the gentleman , Jack, with the beard, who was working on Monday 25th of September treated all of the arrivals, enquiries, emergency walk ins and ourselves, expediently, kindly and with a caring and reassuring manner despite his being in constant demand and need throughout our stay in A&E

Suggested improvements
The food vending machine was out of order so if that could be repaired that would help for those waiting a long time to be seen
