Fantastic service from staff, all so lovely.
Suggested improvements
Information re op could have been uploaded to portal. But I understand you are all really busy.
I was told after that I didn't need to be there so early, I had quite a long wait. I was 4th on the list and was asked to arrive at 7:30am, didn't go in till about 13:30. It's fine these things happen, surgeon was lovely and very apologetic about it.
