Avon ward staff were so kind and patient. I felt very reassured by all of them. Everywhere was immediately clean and I was kept up to date with test results.

My GP sent me to 'medics- A&E warwick'- he said he had spoken to them so would be waiting for me. I waited for 2 hours before I was called for triage. I did not get my due medication (nebullsers/ antibiotics) until I was sent to grey ward at 9:30 pm.
