Excellent care. Polite and professional. Explained situation and reasons behind prognosis. Efficient medical ‘work’ with clear and concise instructions for ongoing care requirements.

Suggested improvements
Possibly just clear notices in waiting rooms - toilets, canteens, food & drink dispensers. When the queue to be seen is 2 hours plus most people won’t have brought something to eat or drink
