Staff were very kind/ friendly & although they were busy they did not make me feel like I was any trouble
Suggested improvements
I found it strange that I spent over 6 hours there in total & was not asked or tested for COVID. The waiting room was very busy & there was no fresh air. I felt uncomfortable & waited in the corridor. I think I might have been forgotten because of this.
