All of the staff members that were involved in my visit / care were kind and considerate of my needs. I would particularly like to commend the staff working in minor injuries that attended to my fractured wrist - Mr D Clarke was especially kind before, during and after the manipulation of the fracture. He explained every step of the procedure clearly which reduced my anxiety greatly. I’m also aware that he stayed well beyond the end of his shift that evening.
Suggested improvements
I was completely satisfied with my visit. I arrived expecting a very long wait and in fact I waited less than 2 hours to be seen / assessed.
